Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them within a protective outer mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master cobblers inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
